Ingredients for 4 people

- 4 dl of milk

- 150 g of sugar


- 2 whole eggs and 3 yolks

- 4 tablespoons of caramel

- 1 sachet of vanillin


How to prepare crème caramel or milk pudding

Work the eggs well with the sugar and then pour the boiling milk with the vanillin.

Mix and filter the preparation through a very thick strainer.

Put a few tablespoons of caramel in the empty and dry molds and pour the still hot mixture over it.


Place the molds in a pan, which in turn will be placed in another container containing hot water.

Transfer to oven at 160 ° C for about twenty minutes and cook in a water bath.
