Ingredients 2 people

- 1 dl of fresh cream

- 3 eggs


- 180 g of dark chocolate

- 5-6 spoons of milk

- 80 g of sugar

Preparation of dark chocolate mousse with cream

Melt the chopped chocolate with the milk in a water bath, stirring occasionally.

Remove from the heat, add the sugar, stirring constantly, and 1 yolk at a time.


Leave the cream to cool well.
