Ingredients for 4 people

- 8 eggs

- 60 g melted butter


- salt

Preparation of the eggs to the plate

After turning on the oven, divide forty grams of butter into the four pans, sauté over medium heat, then break the eggs into four saucers and slide them into the pans.

Once this is done, salt the egg whites and pour the remaining melted butter over the yolks.

Pass everything in the already heated oven, waiting for the egg white to clot slightly, making sure that the yolk remains bright yellow, i.e. not too dry.

Once ready, the eggs cooked on the plate must be served immediately still hot.
