How to prepare empty fried donuts
Melt the yeast in a glass of slightly warm water, add the sifted flour, sugar, melted butter and grated lemon zest, lastly the salt.
Mix all the ingredients well in order to obtain a smooth dough like that of the pizza, make a ball and put it, floured and covered with a cloth, to rise for 2 hours. in a warm place.
