Ingredients for 4 people

- 8 eggs

- 8 slices of smoked pork belly (bacon)


- 8 slices of pan carré

- 6 tablespoons of olive oil

- tomato sauce


Preparation of English bacon eggs

Brown the slices of bacon over a high flame in a pan, with part of the oil, then remove them from the heat and keep them warm.

In the same cooking base, brown the slices of bread on both sides, then place them on a heated prepared serving dish and place the browned bacon slices on them.

Fry the eggs in a different pan, using the residual oil, then also arrange these on the slices of bread, placing them on top of the bacon.

Accompany the eggs with the hot tomato sauce to be served separately in a gravy boat, each diner will have to dose the desired quantity by himself.
