Fish and seafood soup

Procedure for making fish and seafood soup, recipe with mussels and prawns, little time required for preparation and cooking, lemon juice added.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 1 sprig of parsley

- half a lemon


- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

- 1.3 kg of mussels already cleaned

- 250 gr shelled pre-cooked prawns


- ground pepper

How to make fish soup

If necessary, further scrape the mussels, using a brush, under running water, depriving them of fine linen, after rinsing them, drain them and then transfer them to a pan with 3 stalks of parsley, then cover with a lid and put on the lively fire, waiting for the shells to open.

Remove the empty shells and any mussels that have not opened, then add the prawns to the pan.

Season all with the lemon juice filtered through a strainer, a spoonful of chopped parsley, oil and a pinch of pepper, then mix carefully and serve immediately.
