Ingredients for 4 portions

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1 tablespoon of vinegar


- half a spoonful of chopped parsley

- 8 frankfurters

- 2 large pickled cucumbers


How to make sausage salad

Boil 5 cm of water in a medium-sized pan, then immerse the frankfurters and continue boiling for 1 minute, after draining and peeling off the skin that wraps them.

Cut the sausages into slightly oblique slices, in the manner of the salami, with a thickness of about 3 millimeters, proceed in the same way with the cucumbers.
