- 12 courgette flowers
- 200 g of leavened flour
- 100 ml of light beer
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of chopped herbs
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- peanut oil for frying
- salt
How to prepare pumpkin flowers fried in herb batter
Sift the flour, add the yolks, the extra virgin olive oil, the herbs and the beer.
Stir until obtaining a stringy batter, then cover it and let it rest for about 1 hour.
