How to prepare fried eggs in a pan

Melt the butter in a small pan, let it lather and then slide the previously prepared broken eggs into a cup, tilting the pan to one side to concentrate the butter where the eggs will fall.

After straightening the pan and distributing salt and pepper on the eggs, cook over high heat for about 3 minutes, until the egg white thickens and browns on the outer edges.

Finally transfer the eggs, by sliding, into a plate and serve immediately while still hot.
