How to prepare fried potatoes in butter with a simple recipe that explains how to combine eggs in a pan to serve a united dish with a certain effect.

- 80 gr. butter

- 8 eggs
- 2 medium sized potatoes

Peel and wash the potatoes, dry them and cut them into slices of half a centimeter scarce, then overlap the slices and obtain sticks no more than half a centimeter wide.
Melt the butter in a very large pan, until it foams, then add the potato sticks, salting and mixing them frequently, waiting for them to take the classic golden color, it should take a maximum of 7 minutes.
