Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 sea bream - about 400 g each
- 40 g of fresh ginger
- 1 lemon
- anise seeds to taste
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
How to prepare ginger sea bream fillets
In a saucepan, heat the extra virgin olive oil, add the peeled ginger and cut into strips and the salted sea bream fillets sprinkled with ground anise seeds.
After 2 minutes turn the fillets, pour the lemon juice and cook them for another 2 minutes.
Serve them immediately.
