How to make cooked ham and mozzarella swivels, recipe for an appetizer obtained by making a roll using a dough made from sourdough and potatoes, stuffed with cooked ham and mozzarella and cut into slices before cooking in the oven.

- 250 g of sourdough
- 250 g of potatoes
- 250 g of flour
- 20 g of brewer's yeast
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of lard
- 50 ml of water
- 20 g of salt

How to make swivels with potato pasta, cooked ham and mozzarella
Peel and boil the potatoes, then pass them with the potato masher or mash them with a fork, then add them to the sourdough with water, olive oil, lard and salt.
Mix the dough well and add the yeast and flour a little at a time, until obtaining a smooth and soft mixture.
Put the pasta in a container, covering it with a napkin, then let it rise for about half an hour.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a sheet of baking paper and let it rise again for half an hour.
Sprinkle the pasta with the diced mozzarella and cover it with the slices of thinly sliced cooked ham.
Wrap the dough into a single compact roll, then cut it into slices about a centimeter and a half thick and spread them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Put the swivels in a preheated oven at 200 ° C and cook for 20 minutes.
Serve them hot.
