Ingredients for 4 people

- 4 peppers

- vinegar


- salt

- bread crumbs

- garlic


How green peppers are made

Fry 2 or 3 cloves of garlic in a pan, add the peppers cut into pieces, salt and cover with a lid, stir occasionally and cook approx. 15 minutes.

After adding 4 tablespoons of vinegar, allow to evaporate for approx. 1 minute and remove the garlic.

Add 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, stirring and then turn off the heat.

Leave to cool.
