Green tagliatelle with lamb stew


How to cook green tagliatelle with lamb stew, recipe with vegetable broth, whipping cream and red lentils among the main ingredients.

Ingredients for 4 people

- 350 g of green tagliatelle

- 250 ml vegetable broth

- 250 ml whipping cream

- 100 g of red lentils

- 500 g lamb fillet

- 3 tablespoons of oil

- fine salt

- ground pepper

- 1 onion

- 1 clove of garlic

- 2 tablespoons of clear thickener for sauces

1) After washing the lamb fillet, cut it into slices and roast it in the oil, then remove it from the pan after flavoring it with salt and pepper.

2) Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop them and brown them both in the meat dressing.

3) At this point add the vegetable broth and the cream, bringing to a boil.

4) Add the lentils, cook for 8 minutes over medium heat without a lid, then add the thickener for sauces and simmer the sauce.

5) In abundant boiling salted water, cook the noodles, making sure they remain al dente, respecting the cooking time indicated on the package.

6) After washing and drying the chives, cut them into thin slices and add them to the sauce, together with the meat.

7) Season the sauce with salt, pepper and lemon juice, then season the noodles.
