- 400 g of green tagliatelle

- 750 g of champignons

- 800 g of onions

- 150 g of bacon

- 400 g of cooking cream

- 250 ml of broth

- 1 tablespoon of oil

- 1 bunch of basil

1) After washing the champignon mushrooms, dry them and clean them, then cut them into slices.

2) Peel the onions, cut them in half and slice them.

3) At this point, cut the bacon into thin strips and fry it in a pan with the oil, then add the onions to brown them.

4) Add the mushrooms and stew them, waiting for the liquid to evaporate completely.

5) In abundant salted and boiling water, cook the pasta according to the cooking times written on the package, so that it remains al dente.

6) After pouring the cooking cream and the broth over the mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes, then adjust the salt and pepper.

7) Once the basil has been washed, dry and chop it before adding it to the sauce.

8) Season the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
