How to make chicken breast grilled in a mixed salad, recipe including, among the necessary ingredients, peaches, red Tropea onions and lemon.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 yellow peaches
- 2 red Tropea onions
- 300 g of mixed salad
- lemon juice
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
Preparation of grilled chicken breast in salad
Divide each chicken breast into two parts by removing the central bone.
Peel the onions and slice them.

Clean the peaches, remove the core and cut them into wedges.
Wash the salad and drain it.
Place the chicken breasts on a hot grill and cook them on both sides.
At the end add salt and pepper.
Emulsify half a glass of oil, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper, season the salad, sliced onions and peach wedges with this sauce and serve with the grilled chicken.
