Grilled meat and sausage skewers with onions

How to cook grilled meat skewers with sausage, chicken breast, pork loin and onions flavored with bay leaves and balsamic vinegar.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 300 gr pork loin

- 300 gr chicken breast


- 200 gr sausages

- 3 onions

- 12 bay leaves


- 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

- salt and pepper


Preparation of grilled meat skewers

Cut the meat into small enough cubes and slices, about half a centimeter thick, the sausage, then peel the onions and cut them into large wedges.

Place these ingredients on the skewers, alternating the various types with each other and sandwiching them with half bay leaf.

Cook the skewers on the barbecue or on the hot plate for about 25 minutes, turning them frequently with a kitchen tongs.

Pour oil, vinegar, a pot of salt and a pinch of pepper into a glass jar, then close the jar with its cap and shake it so as to emulsify the sauce.

Place the skewers on a serving plate and season with the sauce before serving.
