How to make cheese, ham and bechamel crepes, recipe with necessary ingredients, with detailed procedure, from the preparation of the compound to the final cooking in the oven.
Ingredients for 4 people

- 2 eggs
- 100 gr. of white flour
- 25 cl. of milk
- 1 teaspoon of melted butter

- 100 gr. of sliced cooked ham
- 150 gr. of cheese slices

- 80 gr. of Gruyere cheese
- bechamel to taste

How to cook ham, cheese and bechamel crepes
To make crepes, beat the eggs and stirring constantly, add the flour, milk and salt, in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Grease a 15 cm diameter pan with a little butter. When it is hot, pour a spoonful of the batter and, moving the pan, distribute the mixture over the entire surface, to form a wide and thin crepe.
Cook the crepes on both sides until the batter runs out.
Spread a slice of ham over each crepes with a thin slice on top.
Roll the crepes like cannelloni and arrange them in layers in a buttered baking dish.
Pour the béchamel flavored with salt, pepper, nutmeg and grated gruyere over the crepes.
Bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
