Homemade pasta with baby octopus and fresh arugula


How to make octopus and rocket pasta, recipe with necessary ingredients, including homemade pasta as a type of pasta, and quick and easy preparation procedure.

Ingredients for 4 people

- 400 g of homemade

- 500 g of octopus

- 2 cloves of garlic

- parsley

- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

- 1/2 dice

- 1/2 glass of white wine

- 10 cherry tomatoes

- 1 bunch of rocket

- chili pepper

How to prepare the octopus and rocket pasta

Clean and slice the baby octopus.

In a pan with the olive oil, the chopped cloves of garlic and the parsley, fry the baby octopus.

Continue cooking the octopus in their water, adding the half nut until they become almost soft.

When there is no more water in the pan, pour half a glass of white wine and let it evaporate.

After add the cherry tomatoes cut into 4 parts and a pinch of chilli pepper.

Cook everything for another 10 minutes, stirring often.
