Ingredients for 4 people

- 200 g of butter

- 8 salted anchovies


- 150 g of oil

- 4 tablespoons of liquid cream

How to prepare hot salted anchovy sauce

Put the oil and butter in a saucepan, and heat it on the stove over low heat.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the anchovies, well washed, thorned and cut into small pieces.

Put the saucepan back on the heat over low heat, mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon and melt the anchovy pieces, then add the spoons of liquid cream.
