Ingredients 6 people

- 1 kg leg of lamb

- 2 or 3 sprigs of rosemary

- 2 or 3 cloves of garlic

- 3 slices of bacon

- half a glass of olive oil

- salt and pepper

How to cook lamb in the oven

With a pointed knife, make 5 or 6 holes on the piece of lamb by pushing, then push a tuft of rosemary, a slice of garlic, half a slice of bacon, salt and pepper into each hole.

Sprinkle the whole surface of the piece of lamb with salt and pepper and put it in a pan with half a glass of olive oil.

Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour and a half.
