Ingredients for 4 people

- 3 sage leaves

- 1 pheasant of about 1 Kg.


- 150 gr. of bacon

- olive oil

- salt and pepper


Preparation of the roasted pheasant

Wash and dry the pheasant, introduce the bacon, sage, salt and pepper inside.

Line the entire external surface of the pheasant with other bacon cut into very thin slices, and tie the whole pheasant with the kitchen thread.

Put it in a pan with a little oil, salt it, pepper it even on the outside and cook it in the oven at 180 ° for about an hour.
