Ingredients for 4 portions
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- juice of half a lemon
- 600 gr shelled prawns
- 50 gr butter
- salt
How to make scampi in a pan
Melt about 30 g of butter in a pan, then add the prawns, put the salt and cook on a moderate flame, stirring occasionally, for a total time of about 8 minutes, until they become opaque.
Remove from the heat and add the chopped parsley, the lemon juice and the remaining butter, then mix gently enough to melt the butter, then serve on the table while still hot.
