How to cook Tuscan pici with meat sauce

- Grated Parmesan

- Salt

- Flour 500 gr

- Gravy

Preparation of Tuscan pici with meat sauce

Mix the flour with a little salt and water, working it in order to make a rather consistent dough.

Pull it about a centimeter thick and then cut it into strips one centimeter wide.

Then work the pasta with your hands, in order to make large spaghetti.

Boil them in abundant salted water and then, season them with ragù and lots of cheese.
