Preparation of a quick and easy omelette with a basic recipe

Break the eggs in a bowl, salt and turn them quickly with the help of a fork but without beating them excessively, so as not to become too liquid.

Heat the butter in a pan, waiting for it to take on the classic hazelnut color, then pour the eggs and, using a rotating movement, expand the mixture on the bottom of the pan evenly, keeping the flame lively.


Using a spatula, remove the edges, pushing them inwards, then leave to cook waiting for the eggs to grow slightly in the center of the pan.

Tap lightly on the handle of the pan to make the omelette detach from the bottom, then tilt the pan and let the omelette slide towards the edge opposite the handle.

Lightly brown the bottom part before turning the omelette on the other side, with the help of a plate or lid to be placed on the pan.

Once this is done, shake the pan for a minute before removing from the heat and transferring to the serving dish before serving.
