- Ground veal gr. 200
- Crumbled sausage gr. 100
- Breadcrumbs
- Grated Parmesan
- Type 0 flour: gr. 500
- 4 fresh eggs
- Chard gr. 300
- Butter
- Nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
Preparation of meat tortelli
Prepare the puff pastry with flour, 2 eggs, salt and a little water.

Boil the chard, squeeze it and finely chop it.
Put it in a saucepan with half an ounce of butter and brown it with the veal and the sausage.
Salt, pepper and cook about ten minutes.
Put everything in a bowl and mix 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, 2 eggs and a nutmeg scent.
