- 500 gr of white flour 00

- 1 sachet of yeast for pizza, master baker or similar

- 300 ml of warm water

Homemade pizza dough

Pour the lukewarm water into a bowl and make the yeast melt together with a generous pinch of salt, mixing carefully.
