- 500 gr of white flour 00
- 1 sachet of yeast for pizza, master baker or similar
- 300 ml of warm water

Pour the lukewarm water into a bowl and make the yeast melt together with a generous pinch of salt, mixing carefully.
Sprinkle a smooth surface with flour where you can then proceed to knead the dough.
Arrange the flour with a hole in the middle where to pour the two spoons of olive oil and in small doses the mixture previously created of water and yeast, starting to mix everything and continuing until the ball created of the dough takes on a certain elasticity and homogeneity.
Once this is done, leave the freshly made pizza dough to rest for about two hours, taking care to cover everything with a dampened kitchen towel.
After rolling out the dough with a rolling pin and starting the filling with chopped tomato and mozzarella or in pieces, to make the pizza margherita, or adding variants that can go from anchovies and capers, pizza napoli, to ham cooked with artichokes and olives, four seasons pizza , and whoever has more has more.
The pizza is now ready to be baked, requires a cooking time of about twenty minutes, in the classic kitchen oven, or only 4 minutes if you have a pizza oven. Keep in mind that the time required varies according to the thickness of the pizza and the characteristics of the oven.
