How to make soft honey biscuits with anise seeds, recipe


Recipe for cooking honey biscuits, detailed guide to preparing the dough and creating the sweets, what is needed and how to bake them in the oven.

Ingredients for 8 people

- 100 gr. of anise seeds

- 1 glass of honey

- 200 gr. of butter

- 1 Kg. Of flour

- half a kilo of sugar

- 8 egg yolks

- a pinch of salt

Preparation of honey biscuits

In a bowl, pour the flour together with the sugar and mix them creating a space in the center to pour the melted butter, egg yolks, honey and anise seeds into it.

Mix everything well, make small sausages as big as a finger and cut them diagonally (2-3 cm. In length).

Put them on the oven pan sprinkled with yellow flour. Cook at 200 degrees for about an hour.
