Jericoacoara is a small municipality in the state of Ceará in Brazil, mostly frequented by tourists, mainly from Europe.

Jericoacoara beach is located about 300 km north of Fortaleza, in Ceará which is a state of Brazil located in the north-eastern part of the country and overlooking the Atlantic coast.
