The Saint of the day July 1 is Saint Arronne, which name day is celebrated and other saints are celebrated on this date.
Sant'Aronne
Commemoration of Sant'Aronne, from the tribe of Levi, by his brother Moses anointed with the sacred oil of the Old Testament priest and buried on Mount Hor.
The name Aaron means bearer of martyrs, but at the same time it is linked to some Hebrew terms which have meanings similar to the terms enlightened, bright and coming from the mountain.
The main function of Aaron included that of being the spokesman for Moses, which is why he often found himself negotiating with the court in the name and on behalf of Moses, who remained however always the central figure that set everything in motion.
The role played by Aaron in the situations that preceded the Exodus was executive but not directive.
Aaron and Moses impressed the people with their wonders, which is why the two brothers were credited as God's envoys on mission on earth.
