Lentil curry with boiled eggs and onions

Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 teaspoon of curry powder

- 150 gr of lentils

- 4 boiled eggs

- 40 gr butter

- 2 large onions

- salt

Preparation of lentil curry

The evening before starting the preparation, put the lentils in a bowl and cover them with warm water.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and, after adding the finely chopped onions, cook over low heat and cover for about ten minutes.

After this time, add the curry powder and, continuing to mix, continue cooking for another ten minutes.

Drain the lentils keeping two meager cups of the soaking liquid, then add everything to the onions.

Cover the container and cook on a low heat for about an hour, then remove the lid, salt and let the sauce shrink a little.
