How do you prepare a lagguga salad with radishes, a recipe to be seasoned with grated Parmesan cheese and olive oil.
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 30 gr of parmesan cheese
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 large basket of lettuce
- 20 radishes
- salt
How to make a lettuce and radish salad
Clean, wash, dry and cut the lettuce salad into small pieces, then do the same with the radishes, removing the leaves.
Cut the parmesan cheese into very thin slices, using a small knife or, alternatively, you can use a bread cutter, a potato peeler, a multiple grater or a truffle cutter.
Once this is done, combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, salt and add the oil, then mix before serving.
