Margherita pizza with pesto


How to make margherita pizza with Genoese pesto, pecorino cheese and pine nuts, an easy recipe with few necessary ingredients, to be cooked in an electric oven.

Ingredients for 4 people

- 4 frozen margherita pizzas

- 50 g of grated pecorino cheese

- 30 g of pine nuts

- 140 g of fresh Genoese pesto

Preparation of margherita pizza with pesto

Remove the pizzas from the freezer and let them defrost a little while, while waiting, turn on the oven at 240 ° C to heat it.

In a bowl mix the Genoese pesto and pecorino with a wooden spoon.

Sprinkle the pizzas with pine nuts.

Bake for 5-8 minutes at 240 ° C, spreading the pesto and pecorino cheese on the surface, two minutes before the end of cooking.
