Mascarpone cream with port

How to make mascarpone cream with port, an easy recipe with the flavor of the famous Portuguese wine, including yolks and sugar among the ingredients.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 300 gr of mascarpone

- 2 egg yolks


- 6 spoons of sugar

- 6 spoons of port or sherry

Preparation of the mascarpone cream at the port

Collect mascarpone, egg yolks and sugar in a rather large bowl and mix with plenty of energy for about 2 minutes, in order to obtain a fairly homogeneous mixture.

Once this is done, add the port and mix again to distribute it evenly in the mascarpone cream, serve at room temperature, or cold from the refrigerator in previously prepared cups or in a large bowl from which to obtain the portions to be divided directly on the table.

As indicated in the ingredients, in this recipe it is possible to replace the port with sherry.
