Preparation of grilled mixed fish

Wash and dry already cleaned fish.

Spread it over a tray, season it with half the oil and sprinkle it with the breadcrumbs.

Heat the grill well and arrange the fish.

During cooking, grease the fish a little and often, using a brush dipped in oil.

Cook it 10 minutes on one side and 10 minutes on the other, turning the fish or grill over, if it is of the pincer type.

Arrange the fish in a hot tray, lightly sprinkle it with salt and pepper, then decorate with lemon slices and parsley leaves.
