- White wine vinegar

- Bay leaves

How to prepare the mushrooms in oil

Brush the mushrooms and finish them, to clean them perfectly, passing them with a cloth moistened with water, thus avoiding, very important, soaking them in the water to remove the earth, in order to avoid making the mushrooms mold.

After this preliminary operation, boil in a pot of lightly salted vinegar, in the quantity just enough to cover all of them in mushrooms, which will be thrown away as soon as the vinegar boils, draining them a few minutes later to place them on a wire rack to dry.
