Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 kg of mussels

- 1/2 onion roughly sliced


- 2 crushed cloves of garlic

- 1 leek finely chopped

- 50 g of butter


- 2 glasses of dry white wine

- 1 tablespoon of white flour

- 1 bunch of chopped parsley


- salt and freshly ground black pepper

How to prepare mussels marinara

Brush and wash the mussels well under running water, put them in a large pan with a lid together with the crushed garlic cloves and the sliced ​​onion.
