Pan-cooked cucumbers with cream and lemon

How to cook cucumbers cooked in a pan with cream, recipe for which few ingredients are required, to be prepared in a short time and with lemon juice.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 200 gr. liquid cream

- half a lemon


- 400 gr. fresh cucumbers

- salt

How to make cucumbers in a pan

Boil the cream in a fairly large pan with high edges, in the meantime peel the cucumbers and, after removing the two ends of each, cut them into slices about 3 millimeters thick.

Once this is done, add the cucumbers to the cream and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, waiting for the cream to become quite thick.

Finally, squeeze the lemon half in the pan and serve after mixing well.
