Pan-fried cauliflower with breadcrumbs

How to cook cauliflower in a pan with breadcrumbs, a very easy recipe to prepare, thanks to the few necessary ingredients, to be seasoned with butter.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 1 small lemon

- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs


- 2 cauliflowers of 700 gr

- 80 gr of butter

- salt


How to make cauliflower in a pan with breadcrumbs

Put a pan with a liter and a half of salted water on the fire, in the meantime clean the cauliflower, taking only the florets including a piece of very short stem.

Wash the florets in cold water and drain them, then throw them in boiling water, cover and cook until softened but not too much, they must remain al dente, normally it takes about 6 minutes of cooking for this step.

Drain and place the freshly cooked florets in a serving dish.


At this point, take a small pan to melt the butter on a high flame and at the same time squeeze the lemon and squeeze the juice obtained on the cauliflower.

As soon as the butter has melted, add the breadcrumbs and mix, leaving to cook for about a minute.
