Pan-fried champignon with lemon juice

How to cook champignons in a pan to be cooked in butter, a simple recipe with a final lemon juice dressing, the perfect component to enhance the intense flavor of this type of mushroom.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 80 gr. of butter

- 1 lemon


- 600 gr of champignon mushrooms

- salt

How to make champignons in a pan

Clean the champignons, first by removing the earth from the stalks and then quickly passing them under cold water, after doing this dry them well.

Cut the mushrooms into slices about 2 millimeters thick, melt the butter in a medium-sized pan placed on a high flame, waiting for froths, then add the champignons, salt them and cook them for 4 minutes on high heat, stirring often.

Finally remove from the heat and distribute the juice obtained by squeezing the lemon.
