Ingredients for 4 portions
- 6 tablespoons of dry marsala
- 6 spoons of liquid cream
- 2 slices of cooked ham weighing about 220 g each
- 40 gr of butter
How to make marsala-cooked ham
Clean the slices of cooked ham from the fat and divide them into two parts following the direction of the width.
Melt the butter in a large pan and lay the slices of cooked ham on it, cook over medium heat for about a minute on each side.
Distribute marsala and cream in the empty spaces and cook for another 4 minutes, stirring until the right density of the sauce is obtained.
