How to make potato omelette
Cook the potatoes cut into chunks in a pan with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
When the potatoes are cooked, drain them well from the oil by putting them in a colander.
After putting the potatoes back in the pan, add the beaten eggs with a pinch of salt and cook well on both sides.
