Pan-fried tomato trout


How to cook trout with tomato in a pan, recipe with peeled tomatoes and 2 cloves of garlic, which provides, at the end of cooking, a good sprinkling of chopped parsley.

Ingredients for 4 people

- 4 trout of about 200 g each

- 500 g of peeled and seeded tomatoes

- 7 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 cloves of garlic

- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

- salt and pepper

How to make tomato trout in a pan

Scale, gut, wash and dry the trout.

In a pan with the oil, brown the garlic, add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and cook for about twenty minutes, mixing with a wooden spoon.

Remove the garlic from the tomato sauce and put the trout in it, cook over moderate heat for about ten minutes, turning them gently once, then salt and sprinkle them with parsley.

Place the trout on a tray by pouring the tomato sauce over it.
