Parmesan burger


How to cook Parmesan burgers, a simple recipe to prepare minced meat medallions, also commonly known as Swiss or Swiss.

Ingredients for 4 people

- 4 hamburgers of about 100 gr each

- 2 tablespoons of oil

- 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

- 3 tablespoons of liquid cream

- salt

Preparation of the parmesan burgers

Heat the oil in a generously sized pan and place the hamburgers on it, cooking them over high heat for about 2 minutes each part, with the addition of a pinch of salt.

Sprinkle the cheese over them, sprinkle with liquid cream, then cover and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

In the case of a transfer by the meat of a lot of liquid, remove the lid and increase the intensity of the flame to thicken the excess sauce.
