Pasta with chicken and pepper sauce


How to make pasta with chicken and pepper sauce, recipe with noodles for a very tasty single dish, to be easily prepared in about 40 minutes.

Ingredients for 4 people

- 400 g of noodles

- 1 red pepper

- 1 green pepper

- 1 bunch of chervil

- 350 g chicken breast fillets

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 20 g of butter

- 125 g chicken broth

- 1 clove of garlic

- 2 teaspoons of paprika powder

- 1 teaspoon dried Provence herbs

1) Divide the peppers into four, wash and peel them, cook them in an oven already heated to 200 ° C, keeping the part of the skin facing upwards, waiting for the film to dry out.

2) At this point, remove them from the oven and let them cool, then remove the skin and chop the pulp.

3) After washing the chervil, dry it and remove the small leaves.

4) Cut the chicken breast fillets into two centimeter thick slices.

5) In a pan, roast the meat in hot oil, turning it on both sides for a time of two minutes each, then set it aside keeping it warm.

6) Take a pan to heat the butter, then add the diced peppers, making them sauté for a short time, before watering with the broth.

7) After peeling the garlic, mash it in the pot, then add the paprika powder and the herbs of provence, leaving to cook for 2 minutes without a lid.

8) In plenty of salted water, cook the tagliatelle al dente, then drain and mix them with the sauce, together with the chicken meat and 30 g of Parmesan.

9) Give flavor with salt and cayenne pepper, finally sprinkle with the chervil and the remaining Parmesan.
