How to prepare a summer mousse, delicious and refreshing, with ripe or canned peaches, sugar and whipped cream, recipe flavored with lemon juice and decorated with mint leaves.
Ingredients 4 people
- 7 ripe peaches or 600 g of canned peaches
- 250 g of whipped cream
- 2 spoons of sugar
- lemon juice
- a few mint leaves
Preparation of peach and cream mousse
Peel the peaches, remove the core and cut them into small pieces, then put them in the blender together with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and sugar, and thus obtain a creamy mixture.
Whip the cream and add it to the peach cream, little by little, mixing gently from top to bottom and vice versa.
Divide the mousse into the cups and put them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving them.
Decorate with mint leaves.
