How to make peach puff pastries, a recipe to be made especially in summer, perfect if eaten frozen, among the necessary ingredients are puff pastry, fresh cream and brandy.


Ingredients for 6 people

- 2 peaches

- 1 tablespoon of Brandy


- 20 g of granulated sugar

- 2 dl of fresh whipping cream

- 20 g of icing sugar


- cinnamon powder

- 2 packs of ready-made puff pastry -460 g-

Puff pastry preparation

Overlap the two puff pastry disks, cut out 6 ovals and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.


Brush the pasta ovals with the granulated sugar dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water.

Bake at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
