How to make a pear and chocolate tart, a recipe that involves cooking pears in white wine, fresh liquid cream and egg among the ingredients, to be prepared with shortcrust pastry and baking.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 2 pears

- 1 tablespoon of sugar


- 1 glass of dry white wine

- 200 g of dark chocolate

- 200 g of fresh liquid cream


- 1 egg

- 1 roll of shortcrust pastry -230 g approx.

Preparation of pear and chocolate tart

Peel the pears, divide them in half and remove the core.


Put them in a small pan with the wine and sugar, cook them for about 5 minutes after the boiling again, then drain them.

Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath with a drop of water, remove it from the heat and add the boiling cream with the beaten egg, mixing with a whisk.
