How to make pink sauce with cream and tomato, recipe including milk, to quickly make a condiment suitable for any type of pasta.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 100 gr of cream

- 3 tablespoons of tomato puree


- 2 full spoons of grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 knob of butter

- 1 tablespoon of flour


- 150 g of milk

- salt

Preparation of the pink sauce with cream and tomato

While waiting for the pasta to reach its correct cooking point, melt the knob of butter in a saucepan over low heat, being careful not to let it brown.


Then add the flour and mix continuously, cooking for 2 minutes.

Continuing to stir, on high heat, add the milk first and then the cream, both in small doses and gradually, also pour the tomato just enough to make the sauce pinkish color, add more milk if the mixture is too thick.
