How to make a pizza with Calabrian spianata, a recipe with a spicy taste, with sweet provolone and oregano among the few necessary ingredients, to be baked in the oven.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 6 slices of salami of the Calabrian type

- 150 sweet provolone


- 1 pack of pizza dough already spread

- 2,5 dl of tomato sauce

- dried oregano


- extra virgin olive oil

- salt

Preparation of pizza with Calabrian esplanade

Unroll the pizza dough on a baking sheet.


Spread the tomato puree, the provolone cheese cut into small pieces, the salt and a little oregano over the surface of the pasta.

Put the salami slices on the pizza, pour a drizzle of oil and bake at 240 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
